NOW Foods Magtein - 90 Veg Capsules

I was really struggling with brain fog, but after a week on these capsules my focus has noticeably sharpened. Each capsule is easy to swallow and I love that it's a unique magnesium form that actually crosses the blood-brain barrier.

I've been taking these for about two weeks and my sleep quality has noticeably improved. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste.

Three weeks in and I'm actually remembering my dreams again, which never happened with the cheap magnesium oxide I used to take. The veg capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that chalky aftertaste. Taking two before bed has become the easiest part of my routine.
