زينكير - علاج تنظيف الكبد

I was skeptical about milk thistle actually doing anything, but six weeks in my bloating after heavy meals has noticeably calmed down. The capsules are easy to swallow and I take one with breakfast and one at dinner.

After a month of taking these, my digestion feels noticeably smoother and that heavy feeling after meals is gone. The Milk Thistle must be doing its job.

Three weeks in and my afternoon energy crash is basically gone. I like that it's got milk thistle and neem together, which I hadn't seen in a liver capsule before. The bottle lasts a full month at two a day, so the value works out fine.
