Shilajit - pure berghars

I've been adding a pea-sized bit to my morning warm water and it dissolves cleanly with a slightly smoky, mineral taste that I actually enjoy. The 50g resin feels like a solid amount for the price, and I like that it's raw from the Himalayas rather than processed capsules.

I was a bit skeptical about the texture at first, but this pure Himalayan resin mixes smoothly into my morning tea and gives me steady energy without any jitters.

The resin dissolves pretty easily in warm water, though I usually just let a rice-grain-sized piece sit under my tongue in the morning. Two weeks in and my afternoon energy dip isn't nearly as brutal. The 50g jar is going to last me ages at this rate.
